3CA provides the following services year round. New services are added monthly or yearly based on identified need within the community.

• Drop In Tutoring Services for children from Grade One to Grade 12
• Computer Training workshops and free access to Internet and printers for anyone needing computer access.
• Translation and Interpretation services in English, Somali, Italian, Arabic, Kiswahili and Amharic.
• Drop In Social services with a professional social worker
• Volunteer work training for those on social assistance or those needing community volunteer hours for high school for example.
• Elder and Senior Support programs such as organizing field trips and summer barbecues in order to elevate the isolation and loneliness some seniors face.
• New comer welcome and orientation sessions and workshops.
• Youth oriented programming.
• Administrative services such as answering client inquiries via the telephone and or e-mail, help with filling immigration and or employment forms etc.

Services provided by 3CA is available for free to anyone living in the GTA regardless of religion, ethnicity, race or sexual orientation
