Newcomers who actively participate in the Newcomer program run by OSCAO which is financially supported by Project Propeller for the first time participated in the Culture Shock festival organized by Urban Arts. The OSCAO newcomers presented Dhaanto play-Somali Traditional dance- which attracted the attention of the festival goers.
